Return Policy: The vendors we work with do not allow returns, so unfortunately all sales are final when shopping with us. This of course does not include claims such as damages, defects or incorrect orders. Claims such as these will be honored and taken care of with either a repair, replacement or a return option, depending on the circumstances. If you need more information on an item you see on our site to ensure you are making the right purchase, please reach out and we will gladly assist to the best of our ability.
Shipping options: There will generally be two different shipping options to choose from at checkout; standard shipping, and White Gloves delivery. Standard shipping is for your typical, online delivery option. Items will be left outside just like a UPS package. White Glove delivery includes bringing in the delivery to the desired room you want it in, unboxing, light assembly, and removal of all the packing material. Two flights of stairs are also included in this service. You will have the option to choose which delivery service you prefer for each item you order, so there is no need to commit to WG delivery service on all items in your order! You can select WG on only the items that need it most.
Side Door affiliation: Our online shop is curated through Side Door, which is a designer exclusive company which handles all of the logistics of product access, shipping/handling, inventory and payment for our purchases. This means your transactions and order acknowledgements may read "Side Door" in addition to, or instead of, "Sarah Blake Designs/ The Shoppe". This is important to note so you can easily find your purchases on your bank statements and in your email.
